- Do I need coaching experience?
No. There are no prerequisites for joining the Foundation Program. All you need is a willingness to learn, grow and develop your coaching skills. Many of our graduates started with no formal coaching experience.
- Can I do this alongside work?
Yes. The program is designed for busy professionals. Training is delivered through live virtual workshops over three months, combined with self-paced learning that fits around your existing commitments.
- What if I lack confidence?
That’s exactly why many people join. You don’t need confidence to begin, just the desire to take the first step. Most participants start with uncertainty and leave with the skills and confidence to coach others effectively.
- Do I have to become a professional coach to benefit?
No. While many graduates go on to build coaching careers, the personal development at the heart of the program, greater self-awareness, stronger relationships and deeper clarity of purpose, can benefit every area of life and work.
- What kind of support will I get?
You’ll be part of a small cohort of a maximum of 20 people, working alongside a Master Coach, experienced mentors, and a peer community who are on the same journey. This is a live, immersive experience – not a course you complete alone.
- When does the next intake start?
